- Payment timing
- Charged when you subscribe, then automatically on each monthly renewal date.
- Service delivery
- Available immediately after payment is completed.
- Contract term and renewal
- Renews automatically every month. Unless cancelled, it renews on the same day each month under the same terms.
- How to cancel
- Cancel anytime from the Plans & Billing page. After cancelling, the subscription will not renew, and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- Returns, cancellations, and refunds
- Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds for personal reasons after payment. Refunds are provided in cases set out in our Refund Policy, such as duplicate charges or when the Service cannot be provided normally. See the Refund Policy for details.
